breed full size toys from un-healthy lines and then get a extra tiny pup and then call that a teacup poodle, when in
fact that puppy is in poor health and thats why it is so tiny, its these kind of puppies, that are sickly and have lots of
health problems.
So when you hear someone saying that teacup puppies have lots of health problems, that
is un-true, as any responsible teacup breeder
do breed healthy teacup poodles. Its the backyard breeder's and puppy mills that breed
poorly bred poodles, they are just in it for the
